Talking Good for you! :)

Oh, congratulations! Tears of joy feel so good, don't they? And you have such a right to be so proud of yourself! You've lost 70lbs! That is a LOT! And you're nearly halfway to your goal weight! That is such a huge accomplishment. And you're right. Think of it this way... in just a few more pounds, you'll be closer to your goal weight than you will be to your starting weight. Of course you're going to keep trucking and never look back! You've come too far to do anything except that!

piper! That's so awesome, this time when I got to my 10% that was a mark that made me feel I could make it. Even with little ups and downs I still feel that at my core that I'm going to make it to my goal.

It's a great feeling and one I'm so glad to share with you!! Congrats again, great job!!

Congrats Piper! I am pretty new here and have just started my new 'eating choices' (I like that better than diet) last Monday. I am signing up for Weight Watchers tomorrow night. I hope I have the success that you have had so far!

Congrats!!

You should be very proud!! We all know how hard you have worked and will continue to work. I'm a very visual person and have learned from here -- find something that weighs 70 pounds and try to pick it up, if you can -- I have two perfect kids for that -- I want to lose 100 lbs and have a 50 pound son and a son who weighs around 100 -- can't wait to get the chance to "pick them up" when I get to my 1/2 way and full goal!!
