Today, I treadmilled off 500 calories for the first time. 532 to be exact. I know the actual amount of lower but that's ok. I count calories only loosely but I was glad to tip over 500. It sure feels a lot better than 350.
I always use the calorie counters on the machines too, even though their accuracy is questionable. It just gives you an overall perspective on if you're pushing yourself harder than you have been.
Congratulations!!! That's really amazing. I can never go far on a treadmill because I just get so bored, so I really commend your achievement, which is definitely NOT micro
