Just wondering who else is out there that is on phase 1? Doesn't matter if it's the first time or 27th!
Today is day 2 of phase 1 for me... it's my second go at it. I'm hoping this time it will stick.

Here's my menu for yesterday:
B: cottage cheese/cucumbers
L: Salad: chickpeas, broccoli, lettuce, cucumber, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese.
S: String cheese and a brownie (oops! I swear it just jumped in my stomach)
D: Pork chops, green beans and spaghetti squash w/spray butter and parmesean (it was SOOOO good!)

Yes, please do join the other Phase I Chicks. By the way, I see no legumes and just a bit of dairy in your plan. Better check out the Phase I Food List.
