Default Edamame Salad
Does anyone have a tried and true edamame salad recipe? I sampled one at Meijers Deli and it was kind of sweat, but really colorful and good. I'm trying to get more protein in without doing all meat.

I don't have a recipe. I just add them to whatever salad I am making. I also add them to my soups.
