It seems to be that ww's is the only diet I can stick to I've joined and quit probably like 25 times now??
Well I'm giving it one more chance I was thinking about having weight loss surgery but I decided to put it off for one year and give it one more real effort. So WW's here I go again. Hopefully this will be the last time.
Good luck! I'm trying weightwatchers again starting today. That's the only way I healthily lose weight.
Hope it works for you, and that you don't have to resort to surgery
Good Luck in your journey. Stop by and post a lot. There are a bunch of helpful people here. My observation with WLS is that you have to change your eating lifestyle and you need to exercise to make that successful also. Give WW a chance and do those lifestyle changes, you should see a difference.

I seem to quit in the past because I'm always looking for a quick fix like the newest diet craze that I can't stick to. I also lose slow because of the health conditions I have so I get frustrated and instead of losing 1 or 2 lbs a week I end up gaining 40lbs in 3 months. My logic is messed up. I'm trying to work on it though.
As you can see, quick fixes aren't really fixes at all.
MAKE this time different. Decide now that this is forever. It's not how fast the weight comes off, but how long you decide to keep it off. YOU CAN DO THIS
Repeat offender to WW too checking in.... I was at your exact same spot last week. I'm now on day 10 of WW...hang in there, try again...you CAN do this!
Lack of motivation - check
Lack of will power - check
Those are my two WW failures.... every. single. time.
And yes, I am starting about my 25th attempt today also. I seem to have better luck when I pay and go to meetings, but finances don't always allow for that.
Weekends are my HARDEST times, when I always "fall off the wagon"... and I wonder, why bother for 4 good days, if I'm going to have 3 bad? Which seems to be my recent trend.
