I was just wondering what is an average amount of exersze one needs to lose weight?

The guidelines state to exercise a full hour each day to manager our weight... Some days I do more, some days I do less but I do something everyday...

I aim for a minimum of 6 hrs/week. It depends what kind of exercise you're doing too and how fast you want the weight to come off...but I've heard anything around 5hrs is a good starting point.
