I just noticed this section of 3FC, I have been blogging for 70 days now, have lost 35 lbs since Jan 22nd and an estimated 57 lbs since Jan 1st, please take a look, read a few posts and feel free to follow along until the goal of more than 200 lbs drops off. I can use all the support you can offer

Wow! I had forgotten about this section of the forum! I was looking at old posts on my blog and on some forums and came across this one I was down 57 pounds when I posted this..

I am now down 187 pounds looks like I am doing something right Thank you all who have given me support over the past year.
