Weight and Resistance Training - 5 Factor Fitness and advice please!

I have been following the fitness part of the 5 Factor Fitness book. It's a 5 day split and alternating reps, weights and rests. Harley does more of the high rep training. I am not seeing much for results despite eating pretty healthy. I have been wondering if I should just stick with it or move to something else. What are your thoughts on a 5 day split? Anyone try this program? Would I have better results doing a pyramid system like Body for Life? Thanks!

I do not know the 5 factors of fitness book, but a number of us on the the chat thread are doing NRWL, and I for myself do see results. Also i find it kind of motivating to know where i am in the workouts, and to hear the others about it.

I started out with some books, including BFL, but I like NRWL a bit more i think. At least i see much more results from it, and it kind of oushes me to increase weifhts

I agree it is a great program. BFL is pretty good but I do really like NRLW. I just started it last week.
