My Uber Surprising NSV
So last night I'm waiting for one of the kids to get 'done in the bathroom already!', laying on the bed crosswise w/my feet over the edge and my hands stretched over my head. I decide to try and do a slo-mo situp. And it worked. Hmmm, I've been trying to do this from the Pilates w/o for wks now. Why can I do it on the bed but not on the floor? So I scramble my butt to the floor and - - - OMG! I can do it! OMG, I can do several! You pull s-l-o-w-l-y up using your core completely, no arm momentum or anything and feet and legs stay on the floor, touch your toes then go back down s-l-o-w-l-y. If you've done pilates you know the move. Wow, and here I didn't think anything was happening.
