Default Two Creme Eggs and a carton of milk later...

So Thursdays are my busiest days at school and I've planned my workout schedule around them so I don't work out on those days. I don't know how it happened but I messed up...bad. I forgot to grab a snack in the morning and had no breakfast food in the house so my day didn't start off well to begin with. And then I was in between classes and I grabbed two chocolate bars (500 cals thinking it was fine because it would count as much lunch). And then I had dinner which was turkey burgers and fine and I was totally within my calories and I decided to walk to the convenience store near my house to get a little carton of milk for my tea later. And then...then I saw the Cadbury Creme Eggs and I bought two and now I'm 350 cals over my limit. I know it's not the end of the world but I just feel really bad about it now and had to get it off my chest...

I guess I'll be doing an extra few miles on the treadmill this weekend

I can relate. A few weeks ago I forgot my lunch at home and ate a bunch of candy at work. I felt really guilty about it but picked myself up and ate a healthy dinner that night, even though I was over my calories. It happens. Just start over tomorrow and keep going.

It's okay. We've all had poor days like that. Many-a-time have I grabbed something I truly did not need, because it was right there in front of me.

But lesson learned, right?

Next time, plan ahead, bring some snacks! They might help give you the small boost you need to avoid the candy & chocolates. Also, don't wait. Back on track asap

You are definately not alone, yesterday I ate half of a small bag of bugles....over 300 calories that I didnt need. The best thing you can do is just say ok i shouldnt have done that and keep on moving. What I also like doing is writing down in my food journal how it felt to eat all of the stuff i shouldnt have, even if it was in plan. For example those bugles made me really sick so I wrote that down and so if I have that craving again I can flip through my book and realize OK yeah I like these but they also make me kind of sick.

Hard to believe how many calories those delicious creme eggs have eh? Easter is sooo hard since I love all the yummy chocolates that are out there.

I felt nauseous afterwards too Rhighlan... One thing I will acknowledge is it could've been a lot worse than 350 calories...or 300 or whatever. So if that's what I'm "binging" on it's still better than before...

Thank you all for your encouragement and just an update, instead of running my three miles on the treadmill I did 2 minute sprints/2 minute walking. Yeah...pretty much killed myself. Will never eat Creme Eggs again...haha.
