Exercise! - Even my doctor also told me to do some cardio first

Hi friends, everyone say that the best way to lose fat is exercise. And may be it is right, no doubt on that. Even my doctor also told me to do some cardio first thing in the morning before eating any full meals. This burns the maximum amount of fat. But the actual question is how do a man do exercise in a busy life. Every day I have to weak up earlier to get prepared to office. Itís 4 hours journey, and after spending 14 hour in office donít find any energy to do anything. So what do I do to keep myself fit?

I think the best way to lose fat is a combination of diet and exercise, but exercise IS important to having a non-flabby body at your goal.

The thing is, I DISAGREE with your doctor...the best time to do cardio is, in my opinion, the time you have time to do it.

So with your insane commute (FOUR HOURS??!?!) and long days, you may not be able to fit it in the morning...but can you join a gym close to your office for an after-work session? Can you change quickly and go for a brisk walk on your lunch break? Anything you do is better than nothing, and there are lots of way to fit exercise in at any time of day.

I agree do your workout when YOU can do it, otherwise you just won't do it... If you can get up and walk around during your office hours, up and down the stairs, around the office, do some stretches, head rolls to relax. I can imagine that a 4 hour commute :faint: and a 14 hour day :faint: is very stressful...

You don't have to do it all in one long session.

One thing I do is 15 crunches before I get out of bed in the morning. It takes 1 minute to do (4 secs each), and doesn't sound like much, but after 2 months I can definitely tell a difference. If you can fit in a minute or two in the morning, maybe do some crunches and pushups or jumping jacks first thing, then go on and get ready for work.

At work take the first half of your lunch break to walk, then the second half to eat, or you can walk on your breaks. If you have the option, take the stairs instead of the elevator, park a little further away from the office, or just any small changes you can make like that. Another idea would be to take one of those aerobic steps to your office, and do that if you get a spare minute or two.

At home, think about getting a stationary bike, treadmill or similar machine, so you can do that while watching tv or reading in the evenings.
