Hi all- other than Myra, my journalling and pts goddess, where the heck are the rest of you????????

breakfast:

snack:
sweet dreams luna bar (not much at 4 pts) 4/9.5
lunch:
spinach salad w/egg white and a bit of bacon 3/12.5
apple 1/13.5
dinner:
two fish tacos and lots of veggies , halibut tacos and salsa 5/18.5
water
chips 4/22.5
jicama/pineapple slaw 1/23.5
exercise: yoga, gym - must go today- 35 min run, dog putters

vitamin: maybe this is what i am lacking
