This week I have little hope for a loss :cry: I'm on a plateau now. So, Tammy you'll have to move over since you seem to be on it, too.

Didn't WI last week and probably won't this week. Still taking care of Mum. Will next week though. I have so not done well this last week and a half. Oh well, I'll just think of it as a brand new start. Just hope I haven't gained too much. Hard to stay on track when your in someone elses home. Hope everyone has a great week....Sis

Sis, you're right about having a hard time while somewhere else. The most important thing right now is taking care of your mother. How is she doing?

Can I claim a weight loss if I've been sick? If so then I'm down bunches since valentines day. I'm down 5# ...but can I keep it off? I was OP today... and way under OP on Thur..as that's the day I was extremely under the weather.

I'm up a couple pounds this week. Hopefully they'll go away for next week and I'll be at the platueau again!! LOL
I would take the loss no matter how it was gotten. :)

Are you writing down everything you eat? Are you drinking your water?
I've read that if you drink cafeine colas, you should drink 2 extra glasses of water.
Has anyone heard that, too?

I should weigh in tomorrow...if i feel skinnier :dizzy: if not then I might wait til Fri... I've journeled for nearly 2 weeks now!! That's a first in a long time.

I have heard that too from a nutritionist. For every caffeine drink ( cup) you need to drink 2 more glasses of water. I do and I find it does make a difference.
Im a Wednesday weigh in but I am so happy about my loss I will post it here too. I lost 3 lbs last week which makes it 23.8 lbs since January 2.
Focus on what we have lost...not on what we havent.

Back to the same plateau weight!
I've been trying to choose things without caffeine more than I used to. Maybe I'll try the water thing and see if that helps.
I am ready for the weekend. I always think things are busy before Christmas, then I get to this time of the year with all of Tim's activities and my own things and I go crazy!!!! lol

Hey there everyone. As of Thursday I'm down 1/2 pound. Thought it would have been more, but I did eat popcorn twice prior to weigh in. So it's back to not eating popcorn for awhile and drinking more and more water. Hope I dont float away :p

Why are you discouraged Tina? :?: Sounds like you did good at the scales this week also.
Hang in there Tammy... drinking more water should help out.

Not so hot this week. Scale said I'm up 4.75. My scale at home showed same. But then today I'm back where I was according to my scale. I'm pretty sure my body was messed up from not getting my water and fiber and now that that has kicked in Im back to normal. At least I hope so. Have a great week all...Sis :D

Ok Ladies,
We can do this!!! (even though I was up 2 pounds) We are all in this together!!
I need to start drinking more water and stop thinking "this little piece won't hurt me" I think that would help a bunch.
Congrats to all the losers!! Good well done! Hopefully, we will all be losers next week.

Here's a couple of recipes for you all. ( and my Saturday night meal LOL:) )
Dijon Breaded Pork Chops ( 4 points)
Pork chop ( 3 points)
spread dijon mustard on both sides
dip into bread crumbs with thyme ( 1 point)
Bake in oven with cover for 45 minutes.
Rosmary Oven Baked Potatoes ( 3 points)
1 cup potatoes ( sliced) 2 points
1 tsp olive oil ( other oils should work too) 1 point
1 tsp-2 tsp dried or fresh rosemary -
Toss together
Bake in 350 oven uncovered for 45 minutes
They get nice and crispy and the smell fills the house
Also rosemary is supposed to aid in digestion and weight loss
Serve both the above with side tossed salad and enjoy. This one is so good that non-ww people love it too.
