Sorry I left you all for a while! Just disappeared out of thin air.... shame on me! :nono:
As some of you may remember, I was going through some VERY tough problems in my marriage and such. Glad to report everything is wonderful in that department.... full recovery and happy as ever.
Low Carbing- I let my problems get the best of me, and I quit low-carbing for awhile. I started again January 1st, and am doing awesome. Had a breakthrough a while back, and have no doubt that I will reach my goal and no doubt that I will succeed. :smug:
For those of you who do not know me....
I am doing Atkins. My highest weight was 210 pounds. I was 199 when I reinducted on January 1st, and as of today I am 177. I stay on induction level carbs, and only eat when I am hungry. I drink diet pop, coffee, and tea..... and REALLY need to make an effort to drink water. Right now I am lucky if I get 8 ounces in. BAD!!! Today, I am promising myself to drink at least 60 ounces, and go up from there. :T
My husband is in the AirForce, a firefighter, and we are stationed at Kadena AB in Okinawa Japan. We have been here for almost 4 years, and we leave in May. We have no idea where we are going as the AirForce assignment system is experiencing serious delays and problems. So....... :dizzy:
Good to see you all again.
