Gaining until of losing I have no idea why this is happening to me as I stay in my point range. Doctor told me to go down lower to 1100 1200 calories.[22-24 pts] So hopefully I will be down again next week.
I'd like to lose 5 lbs between March 1 and April 1 (which is the day I leave for my cruise!). I'll be traveling and staying with my dad and then my aunts (who are both on WW, so that should be a great week of motivation!) through some of it, and I'll be back home for two weeks as well. I think this might be a challenge, but I am up for it and will try my hardest! I weigh in on Tuesday mornings so I have put the date next to them to help remind me.
Yes, I realize that, andreaphilip3, but I put the dates in there for my own personal chart, and my weigh in day is Tuesday. Zuleka copied and pasted from mine, which I certainly don't mind, but I was just telling her that the dates won't correspond.
