1lb down already and its only wednesday!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to go for another 1/2 for sunday wish me luck!!!!!!!!!!!!! WooHoo!!!!

UPDATE!

I ended up dropping another 1 1/2 lbs by Sunday so I surpassed my goal!!! WooHoo, that means 3lbs last week!! I am going to go for 2 more this week! Trying to make my challenge for Saint Patty's!!

I wish I could lose at that pace. I can only lose about a pound a week. Great Loss.....

Trust me it doesnt come off all the time like that. For the first couple weeks yeah but then I hit a wall for like 3 weeks or so before it started up again. I thought I was hitting one again until I lost 3 lbs again this week! I can't believe it! I actually got on the scale and said "No WAY!" becuase I wasnt believing what was right in front of me. I am sure it will slow down after 2 great weeks, I havent slowed my pace at all from day one I think thats why it continues to drop. More than half way past my ultimate goal and I am feeling on top of the world. Keep your pace and the weight will come off I promise you! And your a man so you have it a little easier than women.
