My plan is very different this time... no counting.. trying to eat only healthy, non processed foods... low on sugar, no caffeine (yeah - one week now) and lots of exercise and fruits/veggies.

I started maybe a little more then 2 weeks ago - I've lost 6lbs. It is so refreshing to not be a slave to counting. :D

I changed my weigh in day due to my detox ending tomorrow - I am excited to see how much I lost! That'll be tomorrow..

Dana - counting can be SUCH a pain! It's nice to hear you can still lose without it! Congrats on those 6 pounds!!

No loss no gain this week. I'm super happy with that considering I had a planned girls night out with a conference over the weekend and imbibed quite a bit :D and TOM just finished yesterday.

Down 1.8 this week to 170 even. Really wanted that 169 but the scale wouldn't do it no matter how many times I got on.

I've maintained through a couple of very stressful weeks that would have sent me in search of a bakery in the old days, so I'm pretty happy to see the scale moving in the right direction even a little.

I've eaten horribly the last few days. I'm skipping weigh in this week, but getting back on track tomorrow morning. I just can't face the scale. I know I'm being a coward...

I have been so sick with some kind of stomach flu bug, thought I would have lost at least 5 lbs ( if not 15!! Yikes!). But, the good news is... I DID lose 2 lbs!! YAY!!! Now, to keep it off...And, that makes 16 lbs total since I started this in early January! Great news!

I am down to 249 this week, which is also the final WI of my detox. I lost a total of 9 pounds on it! I am just really happy to see the 240's!

I was at 252 all week and finally lost one pound this morning -- I was beginning to think I would never see the scales move again.

Hi folks...I hopped on the scale this morning. I haven't weighed in a couple of weeks. I am happy to say I am one pound down!! :):) It's going pretty slow for me because I can't do alot of exercise right now. But, I'll take it.

That's seven pounds down since January first! Yay!

I have avoided the scale for a while because it wasn't cooperating. I finally got on again yesterday and today. This morning, I was down to 173! I've been hovering between 175 and 180 for about four weeks now, so I'm super excited! Maybe I'll see the 160's before my one-year anniversary in May!

Healthy Mama - that was over 12 days of a very very clean diet! To put that into perspective? Most people my weight lose 12-20 pounds on it! And if you've lost 24 pounds since January/08 I should be asking YOU for some weight loss advice - thats a GREAT loss, congrats :)

Well I am down 2lb this week which means that I am now 1/4 of the way to goal! Woo hoo. My total inches lost are:

Waist: 4 inches
Hips: 4 inches
Thighs: 2 inches
Arms: 1 inch
Chest: 3 inches

Congratulations to all that have lost. I have lost 2lbs this week. Although 1lb of that was the 1lb I had gained the previous week. So at least the scales are moving in the right direction again.

I'm so psyched this week! I'm down to 250.5 (Down 4 pounds this week, and 22.5 all together!). It's a weird sort of goal for me -- It means I have exactly 100.5 pounds left to go to the ULTIMATE GOAL. It's also only 2.5 pounds to my 10% goal! I can hardly believe it!

Even weirder -- I think I may have to up my points/calories again because of all the exercise I've been doing! :exercise:
