Talking 50 pounds down!

Hi everyone,

After many ups and downs I am happy to say I have reached 50 pounds down as of this morning! Scary to say eating healthy AND exercise really works
Congrats to everyone that has reached a mini goal of their own!

Wow 50 pounds!! YYAAYYYYYYY for you!!

What were the major and/or minor changes you made? Was it easier than you thought it would be? Or harder? What do you think has "made the difference" this time verses any times in the past that didn't work? I am always learning and processing what works/doesn't work and taking it all in... always appreciate hearing those opinions of others.

Thank you everyone for the encouraging words!

AriesBarb, my major change was my after dinner eating, I could have dinner and then eat a big bag of chips and other snacks in one sitting. To me that was major for me to overcome that and give up that bad habit. It was hard at first but I was just thinking to myself just lately, you know what I don't miss it anymore. I think what has made a difference for me personally was my mindset, I feel like I can do this and I am ready to take off more weight. I really feel until you are ready to lose the weight anything you will do it won't work, that of course is for me personally, everyone has their own way that has been working for them.
