General Diet Plans and Questions - Martha's Vineyard Detox Diet

Anyone done this? Heard of it? Know someone else who did?

I have heard of it and in fact, I checked out the book from the library. It looks a little too strict and complicated for me. I've decided against it - I didn't think I could handle it. Here's a review of the diet from WebMD:
