OMG! Now they will know I went to another board! I feel like I have been found out in having an extra-marital affair - not that I know how that feels! But I'm still married and still not dead! ;)
Except for my brief and boring stints with Atkins, I have never been strictly low-carb. I found it too darn hard to give up fruit, milk and good grains. I did CALP for a while but am not really just concentrating on balance and lowering carbs to about 100. I guess I am really following Montignac - I do like wine.
Anyhow, I do pop in and lurk sometimes on SB - also Calling All Canadians and Ten Pounds At a Time. So don't go into shock if I post on SB once in a while or join you on the Tuesday chat. SB Board is full of lots of motivation and enthusiasm.
