Hello ladies!
No one had started this, so I decided I would be the first to admit defeat this week, and confess all my sugary sins. I ate too many carbs! I did not exercise, I did not stay Op, I did it all wrong, and now Mr. Scale is going to reward me properly by adding 2 pounds to his previous number.....
I weigh in at 201
Damn! Back up again, but I only have myself to blame.
Next week will be better......
