Talking New & Excited!

AFTER LOOKING AT ABOUT EVERY WEIGHT LOSS/DIET WEBSITE KNOWN TO MAN, I DECIDED TO JOIN UP HERE AND I AM VERY EXCITED ABOUT IT.

RIGHT NOW I AM THE HEAVIEST I HAVE EVER BEEN. I HAVE GAINED ABOUT 80 POUNDS IN THE LAST 4 YEARS, AND I WAS OVER WEIGHT BEFORE THAT EVEN! I HAVE HAD MANY MANY UPS AND DOWNS WITH MY WEIGHT RECENTLY AND AM READY TO GET IT OFF FOR GOOD AND START LIVING A HEALTHIER, HAPPIER LIFE.

I HOPE TO ENCOURAGE AS WELL AS BE ENCOURAGED!
