Hi there! Welcome back~

I'm so sorry to hear that you've lost your job. So stressful!

Please keep in mind that FOOD DOES NOT MAKE PROBLEMS DISAPPEAR!!!! (Unless that problem is that you're actually hungry.)

Deep Breath! Begin again! How did you start this journey? Did you take a small step like cutting back on foods or drinking more water or adding in some activities a little? Do it again. You'll be feeling healthier & happier in no time.

It's OKAY to need & get a lot of support here. That's what this forum is all about!

Let us know what you're doing right now to help yourself get back on track We'll add in tips where we can!

Ugh! Long day at work today and the rest of the week will be just as long.

Oh well, at least I have my dance class to look forward to tomorrow night.

Default exercise/back pain

hi!

a few tips on exercising with back pain..i've got slight scoliosis so i can relate.
anyways: swimming always good, hatha yoga(the mellow kind), and just plain walking--it's not spinning but it still does burn 'em!

The best thing to do when u have a back pain and want to exercise is swiming...I find swimming very relaxing and that it takes my pains away. Maybe u could try ? Sorry about ur job...
