After the weekend I now weigh in at 177 Yay! WooHoo! Thank you so much for saying my tummy is flat thats really sweet! I use the balance ball along side with Billy every other day. It really works your middle. It is definately a challenge to do his workouts but you have to keep picturing your motivation throughout the workout...for me, I have a mental image of what I would like to accomplish and where I started from...I think of those images when I get to the "quitting" thoughts in my head. It is hard but you will get through it. It took me a couple times to get through a whole video, but now I can finish with no problem. (I am a smoker myself) so I know what your going through. Cut the amount of cigerettes you have per day down and this will help...though we should all quit the habbit all together. Keep up the good work and thank you for supporting me in my goals =)
