Default Now I Move On To The Maintenance Forum!
Today I stepped on the scale, and it read: 130!!!

Needless to say, I was totally and completely stoked to see that! I'm at goal weight!!!! Hooray! I've now lost 37 pounds!!! Wow! I think I still may try and lose a few more pounds (down to maybe about 127) just so I can think to myself that I've lost an even 40 pounds. But I'll see how this weight goes for a while. I will post before and afters soon, I just don't have the time tonight. And I didn't have time this morning before work for pictures. But I will post them soon!

Congratulations! I can't even fathom how wonderful it must feel to hit goal, but you must really feel great. Though, an end to one journey leads to the beginning of another, so good luck with maintaining.
