Welcome! Lots of us have binge tendencies...myself included. So I know where you're coming from. Good for you for stopping yourself. The key is to eat frequently within your caloric intake to keep the hunger at bay. Also keeping busy with non food things helps a lot.

Behause of your height, I don't know how those extra pounds make a difference. As for binging, well we all do it and I think it's okay to a treat once in a while.

What if you start a stricter fitness program? Walking or swimming or a more intense run can take care of any calories above your range. You can enjoy something extra to eat and balance it with excercise, instead of strictly focusing on diet?
