Not sure if anyone else wants to do this, but I know I probably better... It'll be lengthy, it's for Friday, the weekend, and Monday.

Friday

Breakfast
Oatmeal 3

Lunch
Turkey Sandwich 3
WOW Chips 1
Orange 1

Dinner and Snack
BBQ Turkey Roll-up 5
2 c skim milk 4
Green Beans with 1 tsp margarine 1
Salad with RF Dressing and shredded mozzarella 3
9 mini pretzel twists 1
Popcorn 2

Total for the day: 24


Saturday

Breakfast
Nothing, I slept too late to bother...

Lunch
Chicken Breast 3
Green Beans with 1 tsp margarine 1
Larry's Stuffed Potato 4

Snack
Kudo's Bar 2
1 c milk 2

Dinner
BBQ Turkey Roll-up 5
1 1/2 c milk 3
Larry's Stuffed Potato 4

Sunday

Breakfast
Omelette 2
Pineapple Juice 1

Lunch
Spaghetti 4
9 mini pretzel twists 1
1/4 cup mozz cheese 2

Dinner and Snack
2 c chili (yum, yum!) 6

Monday

chai tea w/ 1 c skim milk - 2

Lunch
1 pack cup-o-soup - 1
salad w/
2 feta stuffed olives - estimated 2
1 tbsp feta - 1
2 tbsp light greek vinaigrette - 2

Afternoon snack
2 c skinny corn chips - 2
6 oz light yogurt - 1

Dinner
1 1/2 c tuna helper - 11
1 oz light cheese - 2
1 c canned corn - 4

TOTAL = 28
Activity points = 3
