Default Feeling better...thanks!
The Dr. seems to think it was a combination of things...

not enough water...
not enough protien...
a medicine I was taking...
doing too much...

So today, I got off my feet, and sipped Beneprotein water and protein shakes and am feeling back to normal. Ok, normalish.

Thank you so much for all your concern! You guys are a wonderful bunch!


Now, I am going to go watch TV, read, play the piano or something else quieting. I love the computer but it takes more out of me. No worries, I will be back on later.

Wow thanks whitelion, sweet statement... I love coming here, it keeps me going through the day (and into the night LOL0 Now I feel even more a part of things for some reason.

my NUT was so cool, she said EAT EAT EAT, DRINK, DRINK, DRINK and WALK, WAlk, WALK. make sure you get enough to drink. i always have something in front of me it helps me feel full all of the time too. hope you feel better.
