Don't deduct the fiber in the pill from your daily carbs. On most food packaging fiber grams are included as carbs , so we deduct them because the body doesn't absorb them. non of the fiber pills I've had have any nutritional info. The fiber in the pills goes right through you so should not be counted as carbs, but not deducted unless you are counting the carbs in the pill. Fiber is basicly a carb that is not absorbed by the body, so it doesn't count, but it won't make other carbs dissapear.
