My diet group, have been looking around on the internet, again, for a few certain foods, calories and sodium facts. Most places I get give me "baby foods" and arent very helpfull.

On Bananas, Carrots, and Apples, mainly, theres no nutrition facts, is there anyway I can go about finding them?

You mean, just plain old bananas, carrots and apples? You should be able to find that tons of places, like Fitday.

If you need nutrition facts for other vegetables, my favorite site is:
