For an unlimited time only, you can participate in the fabulous 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, ladies and gentlemen!

Me: 177, down half a pound from last week. What an odd, odd week. I was at about 179 for all of it. I was sure I was going to have to report a gain. Then yesterday I drop two pounds for no apparent reason. I think it would be so much easier if weight loss were always linear. Any ways, mid 170's, here I come!

I seem to go up and down a few lbs but at least I'm still down about three from two weeks ago. I'm going to have to go to an "official" weight in day because this checking the scale daily is irritating.

After being stalled for the past couple weeks, I finally hit 151 today, down another pound.

I weighed in on Tuesday and I have lost 3 lbs last week :carrot: ...will be surprised if I have such a good weight loss next week as I have had a couple of evenings out with the girlies and I had a full bottle of wine on both nights to myself. :nono: ...but I enjoyed them lol.

178, same as last week, but i didn't post last week, so i am down two lbs from two weeks ago!! and the 180s are gone forever!

I was actually down 1 lb since last week. I would like to lose more in the beginning but I will take it. I have been 3 days now with out any soda and I actually feel pretty good. Since I am not drinking Soda I have been getting more water in. That must pay off at some point Right!

If i had skipped dinner last night, i know i would be reporting a loss but i didn't. So this morning found me at 134 for the 3rd freaking week!!!!! But at least it's not a gain so that's a bit of good news in itself, right??? Anyways...got class tonight and hoping to have a light dinner of boiled shrimp so if i drink plenty of water today, i should see a loss tomorrow...but then again, who knows...

Pretty big drop this week, down to 133 from 137 - but I had the flu and was unable to convince myself to eat at all for a few days.

As I get closer to what I'd set as my goal weight, I realize I need to set it lower to have the lean look I want. How depressing!

I was up to 247 on Tuesday, but my TOM came and I'm back to 242. Phew...

Also no longer sick so I can get back on Atkins. Unfortunately, while sick I managed to royally screw up my ankle - the way that leaves a huge bruise and makes it painful to walk. I've been out of the gym since Saturday, and had been hoping to be back two days ago, but now it looks like I'll be out for at least another 2 days. *sigh* I can't even do my Fluidity bar at home. :(

Well I disguisted that I have to post this weight, since my ticker says something differnt. It's been quite some time since I've posted, but I thougth I would come back since posting worked so well for me before. I am hoping you all will hold me accountable, as I really need some accountability right now. At any rate, I am 183.4. I am not chaning my ticker, cuz I plan to see those numbers again soon.

My first week too. I'm 180 :(, and I've been a good girl for more than ten days now... But I'm keeping my chin up. I consume above 1200 calories a day, small meals throughout the day, lots of water and I have regular bowel movement, which was not typical when I was fisrt loosing weight, mainly because I used a much more restrictive method. Look at me, going on and on. I'm 180. I hope to be hapier next week.

Alright, weighed again after the TOM passed...

240.5! 1.5 pounds down...just .5 more pounds to hit that first goal...so close I can taste it...
