South Beach Diet - Freezer question!

I've been looking for alternatives to egg breakfast in the morning and found a few recipes where you mix cream cheese and sugar free jello and then another with yogurt and s/f jello. Do ya think you can freeze these-I was going to make a hella batch of cupcake sizes and put them in a baggie in the freezer.

Jenny, whenever I wonder if stuff will make it in the freezer or not, I always just make a small batch of whatever it is and then try it out. I don't see why these wouldn't work in the freezer, though.

Jenny, they're great in the freezer! I sometimes eat them frozen, like a popsicle. It makes a nice long-lasting treat. ;)

Oh where did you find the recipe. Cream cheese and s/f jello. Sounds so gooooood.
