I don't know why, but I am so tired. I got about 7- 7 1/2 hours of sleep last night, then I got up and worked out this morning. I've eaten plenty today. I don't know what my deal is. But I seriously could take a nap, and it isn't even noon.

I'm tired, too  I'm always tired...it's become like a fact of life. I got about 7-7 1/2 hours in last night, as well...but I had a very high sugar snack just before bedtime...and no exercise this morning, but I did have a walk yesterday. This morning, I had a mug of BLACK :coffee: :yikes:
I had a protein packed breakfast...didn't bother with the carbs, because they tend to drag me down, anyway. I'm drinking plenty of water. I am just sitting in class...pretty NOT active...
It was all I could do to drag *** out of bed this morning, and now all I want to do is sleeeeeeep...

I find when I am tired if I crunch on celery and carrots, anything that is very noisy in my head, it helps... I do this when I drive home from work because I have a 50 minute commute and at times my eyes just want to close :tired: ...
Another thing that makes me tired are certain types of carbs and sweet stuff, that's usually the time when I munch on something bad at work then I am very tired for the ride home... So I try as best I can to keep away from processed/sweet carbs....
Coffee doesn't even help sometimes but cold water does for some reason. I've read if you are dehydrated this can make you tired too...
Hope these hints help... Keep us posted...

I find that I get tired when I'm too quiet. If I talk or sing, it wakes me back up again (chewing gum also helps). Also, I get more tired when I don't drink enough water. I think the kinds of foods you are eating will increase fatigue, but I can't remember if you need more protein and less carbs or not.....

Well, I haven't had any coffee today. All I've really had is water, except for one crystal Light iced tea thing. I try to keep the 40-30-30 rule for proteins, carbs and fats, and I've had plenty of protein today. I don't think it's my diet or anything. I'm a mom of 3, and I work 2 jobs, so that could have something to do with it. ;) Not really looking for suggestions, just, you know, talking.

Well, I haven't had any coffee today. If you're used to having coffee regularly at the same time everyday and suddenly omit it, this may be the reason you are so tired... This is what happens to me when I try to cut back on my caffeine intake...
