I have been on Weight Watchers for 2 1.5 weeks. Has anyone noticed that when you eat something that isn't good for you it makes you sick now?

I have been doing so well. And then I broke my ankle and wasn't able to make anything to eat. So we ordered Swiss Chalet. I don't know if it was the grease or what. But about an hour or so after I ate it I felt real sick. Then I threw up all over the bathroom walls and floor. LOL Sorry if I grossed anyone out. With just breaking my foot I wasn't able to make it in time.

I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

Rene,

I can't imagine how tough it would be with a broken foot (so sorry!) but I do know that once I start eating "healthy", my body revolts against the "yummy?, comforting?, standard?". However, I usualy get it from the other end:lol: YUCK!

However, if I take days off from fruits and veggies, the thought of them makes me gag.

There it is: This is not a diet, this is a lifestyle change!!!!!!

Best of luck to you in your difficult situation.

I've never heard of anyone being sick and vomiting as a result of having something greasy while following this plan. Like BaileySG, most people I know doing weight watchers end up with diarrhea if they eat pizza or other really greasy food. I can have 1 or 2 small slices, but if I eat more than that, I get soooo sick and am in the bathroom half the night! Since you started vomiting about an hour after eating, I wouldn't be surprised if something in your meal was tainted and you caught a case of food poisoning. I would just stay away from that food for a while.
