i am a new bander, a week out and i have lost 13 pnds! yea!:carrot: i am gonna get to eat mushed stuff soon and i love to see what others eat for new ideas. i do go on the broth and ff stuff, but i am looking forward to tuna. ;)thanks for your help.:hug:
