We use to do this last year and then it faded out. This is the monthly goal thread. Set one or two goals for the month and then at the end of the month we give it a bump so that we can hold ourselves accountable. Sound good? They don’t have to be weightloss they can be with anything in your life.
It is the little changes that result in the lifestyle change towards health.
1) Meet February exercise goal of 700 minutes
2) Read all of my materials for my oral exam in April so I can re-read in March
3) Keep spending down to below $1k (excluding rent, including utilities)
4) Call my mother (once is enough....)
5) Go to all my WW meetings
1. Not obssess about my weight. When I'm stressed, I want to focus on what's stressing me (usually school) and not think about weight loss and blame it for my stress.
2. Do my school work. Keep up. Get better grades than I have ever before.
3. Exercise. I would like to do this when I'm stressed instead of eating. Just go outside and kick around my soccer ball instead of inhaling that piece of bread.
4. Keep losing. I don't have a number in mind, but just keep it going.
