Well I am patting myself on my back today...Sailed through yesterday with no problem...I am on day two of the Atkins diet...My question is has anyone in here been on Atkins and how fast do you lose, and does it come off pretty easily...Thanks..Your all have a happy day now okay...Your friend...Sherry

Hi sheryl I do Protein Power which is similar to atkins, If this is the first time be prepared to lose quite a bit the first few weeks. most of that will be water. make sure to drink tons during this time and ifyou feel some cramping or sluggishness in your legs take some potassium. as you are lsoing all the water you will lose some potassium too.
