Some of you may remember me from when I was here this summer. I stopped coming around sometime in October. I lost my motivation. But I've somehow regained it right now, and I'm back. I know this isn't going to be easy, and I'm going to be tempted to quit again. But I also know that the longest I've ever stuck with this is the last time I was here. Hopefully this time it's for real.

I've joined weight watchers. My tax refund is coming soon, so I can go grocery shopping and fill my kitchen back up with healthy options instead of looking in the fridge and saying "There's nothing here" and ordering out or running up to McDonalds. I have my own apartment now, so hopefully I'll be able to work out now without feeling ridiculous in front of a roommate.

This time, I'm going to do this!

Welcome back and good luck Gretchy! I've only been here a month, but I've found lots of good information and tons of support from everyone! I've dieted my whole life, and haven't felt this motivated in a long time!
