Talking bye bye plateu

I have been stuck at 276 since the 20th of january. and getting very lol
i weighed myself this morning and im 274.5. hoooray.

I actually uped my calories a little over the last week and i think that is what did it . only 100 calories more a day and that is what worked for me. Im sooo happy .

i have been alternating my workouts more too walking one day cardio the next , and pilates too . So one of the changes worked or maybe them all together.. keep my body guessing lol...

Awesome! Plateaus are so frustrating.

Great job! I know the feeling - I just had a 'scale movement' also and it feels fabulous. Keep up the great work.

That's great news! I feel the same way when I don't see a loss for a few days!

But I wouldn't call this a plateau by any stretch! (although it REALLY feels that way!)

I'm hoping a few of our wonderful plateau-er's will chime in here....a plateau can be weeks....MONTHS long
I cannot imagine having the strength to get through a months long plateau!

You're doing a great job!

That is great news! I'm very happy for you, and to actually hear about someone upping their calories instead of lowering them is refreshing.

Fantastic, amouse! Woot! I'm trying to vary my calorie intake more too and see if it works for me.

Congrats!
