I have been stuck at 276 since the 20th of january. and getting very

i weighed myself this morning and im 274.5. hoooray.
I actually uped my calories a little over the last week and i think that is what did it . only 100 calories more a day and that is what worked for me. Im sooo happy

i have been alternating my workouts more too walking one day cardio the next , and pilates too . So one of the changes worked or maybe them all together.. keep my body guessing lol...
