I heard you can make pudding with fage yogurt. I don't know if skim milk is needed and what size pudding mix to use. If anyone knows I would appreciate it...thank you.

It is not like any other yogurt I have had. It is very good. pattygirl63 04-23-2008, 04:06 PM Can you get fage yogurt in the grocery store and if so where? The recipe sounds great. Wonder if it can be made with regular yogurt or is it not thich enough? 3Beans 04-23-2008, 04:41 PM I mix the Fage 0% with a half tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder (7 cals) and no cal sweetener (I use stevia). This makes a yummy chocolate-puddingish thing, great with some sliced strawberries on top. Fage is in my regular grocery store with the other yogurt, but there are other brands like it too - just look for the Greek yogurt. Trader Joe"s sells a store brand that"s easily as good at the Fage. I think some people have made Greek yogurt by straining regular yogurt but I don"t know how they go about it. (My apostrophe key is broken!) murphmitch 04-23-2008, 04:52 PM I can only get Fage at health food stores. It is frequently sold out. I found the Oikos brand at Walmart but it's not as good as the Fage. twestra 06-11-2008, 12:19 PM I read somewhere that Costco carries Fage yougurt, but I haven't been there in awhile so I haven't checked that out yet. blessedwithsarah 06-12-2008, 03:40 PM You can make that same recipe using regular yogurt, don't add the milk. I've always called that "Green Slime" :) vBulletin® v3.6.7, Copyright ©2000-2010, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
