I don't see where anyone started this for the January results so I guess I will go ahead. Post how you did compared to your January weight loss goal.

As for me, I lost .5 pounds so I didn't meet my goal but that is okay with me.

My loss was 5 lbs. which was 3 lbs short of my goal for the month, but that's fine with me - any loss is better than a gain!! :D

I'm not sure because of my scale strike. I set a goal of 5 lbs. As of 2 weeks ago, I'd lost the couple I put on over Xmas, plus three more. If I didn't meet my goal, I think I got pretty close. I'll weigh in two weeks and find out if I made my St. V-day goal then.

My goal was to lose 8 lbs., and I lost 7! I'm happy with that.

My goal was 6 and I lost 9. Guess bumping up the exercise really helped! :carrot:

Goal was 8 lbs- I lost 6 lbs. I am happy with that any loss is a loss.

I lost 3-4 lbs in January, but I REALLY started in mid January or so. I'm going for 6-7 lbs in February.

I lost two. Again. Same as November and December. Seems to be my magic number!!!

I didn't set a goal except to lose weight and to eat healthy. I lost 12 pounds on phase 1 during the first 2 weeks of Jan. and haven't lost any since, but have kept the 12 off. I did eat healthy...had a few off plan days but back on plan right after.

I didn't have a goal here either, but I lost 10.5# in total for January. Just started SBD on Jan. 6.

I lost about 10.5-11 pounds in January. I would like to lose 5 pounds February, but I am way too loose with the pita bread and high fiber crackers. we'll see.
