Thanks everyone, I am don't think I am to low, I have ranged from 1200 the first day that was the smallest, the others were 1350-1500, so I am not really sure.
I was eating healthy this week, I worked out good, I mean I even started running, and I didn't lose not even 1 lb this week
, so that is kinda making me a little sad, I so wanted to go and eat all sorts of Junk food, but I didn't I mean I ate more then I should of but it wasn't real junk food, lol, so I guess that was good,
see I am eating but only when my body tells me it is hungry, and I know I have already said this but I don't want 2 eat just to get the caliories in, o well guess I will just keep pushing on and hope it will start to show,
