South Beach Diet - P1 Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe ?

I want to make the peanut butter cookies from the p1 recipe thread. The recipe calls for 1 egg. I only have EggBeaters. Will this work?

Any substitutes?

I would guess yes, as long as they're not the chive flavored ones! :lol: Use 1/4 cup to equal one egg.

:lol: Or the Southwestern!!! Yes, you can substitute Egg Beaters for whole eggs in any recipe. :)

OMG, that is so funny. I made the cookies using the EggBeaters and they turned out great. Thank you for the feedback.

I was laughing the whole time I was mixing them thinking about feeding my husband a chive/Southwestern peanut butter cookie.
