I think this is just what I need to keep me accountable. I hope you don't mind me joining up! :) I did my second day of Slim in 6 this morning. My goal for the month of February is to workout a minimum of 5 days a week for at least 30-45 minutes. ETA: And also to do 1500 minutes of exercise. 107/1500 metamorphosis 02-02-2008, 11:33 PM Well, I'm currently vacationing in Kentucky, so am not able to work out as normal. I did jump rope for 10 minutes and took my niece & nephew for a walk to the park. I swung for awhile, then climbed around on the playground equipment. Ended up carrying my tired 4-yr old nephew home. Weekend had a whole lot of Wii....enough that I'm sore...so we're gonna call that another hour (it was about 3 times that, but I don't know how active all of it was...soooo we'll estimate). I did .5 mile of laps in the pool too and I tell ya, the treadmill was the easy part! OMG! I think the laps are harder because I have asthma, but hopefully I can build up to a complete mile. Spent 35 minutes there doing that. Today I'm taking the day off from working out. Realized that I haven't had a day off from working out in more than 2 weeks. I have been going weekly to the gym since the week before christmas. Food wise I have slipped a bit here and there. But with the gym I am working on going 4 times a week starting this week and this will help keep my accountable. Wasn't my best workout, though. I don't know why, I was just feeling "off" and felt like I had less stamina than normal. I just kept having to switch up what I was doing, just so I could keep moving and working and sweating. Will watch my food intake today and make sure I'm getting that right. We'll see how running goes later today. After eating horrible yesterday and not too good today, I was feeling lazy and perhaps sluggish and thought I wasn't going to go. But then I dragged my lazy butt to the computer to log in the rest of my food for yesterday and what I ate today over on TDP. I was a bit irritated with myself and thought well there is nothing to do about yesterday (except not let that happen again) but today I could do something still, I could GO TO THE GYM! and burn some of those caloreis off and get my net calories for the day down to a reasonable level! And then I did! I went! 65 min Treadmill 3.45miles ~480calorie burned (The first 35 included Incline & Speed Intervals and the last 30 was at 3.4 mph) & Pecs, Delts, Triceps, Quads, Hams, & Abs! And about 8 mins of stretching when I was done! Ohh that felt good! Yay!
