Hi all,

Here is the February weigh in thread... just post your first weight, and then you can edit your original post with updates.

Weigh in as often you you need/like. I will post some stats on how we are all doing on the 16th, for the first half of the month.

I weigh-in on Wednesdays, so I will use my 30th Jan weight as my starting point -- 244.8 (When I hit 241.4, I will be half-way to my goal:carrot:)
Feb 06 -- 242.0 (-2.8) [1.14%]
Feb 13 -- 239.6 (-2.6) [0.99%] :D (less than 1/2 to go)
Feb 20 -- 235.0 (-4.6) [1.92%]
Feb 27 -- 233.6 (-1.4) [0.99%]

Total for the month: -11.2lbs [4.58%]

you can also click on any one of our signatures from tickerfactory.com and it will open up their website. From there you can follow the directions to make a ticker :)

Wow Tuesday! 2.5 lbs in a week??? You are killing it!! I WI again today. Hoping to see more off since yesterday, as I was a bit disappointed by my .8 loss. But at least I'm headed in the right direction!

I had actually lost more the week before but I did not believe it so I did not post. I figured there was no way after eating several high sodium meals I had still dropped. This week I believe The scale is telling the truth! I am stoked. A size 12 is mine!
Down 10# sense Christmas and 30 all together. Just hope I can keep it off.

Not bad considering I gorged at dinner last night. We went to Cracked Crab (a favorite) I ordered mahi mahi with citrus salsa. It was very yummy and actually light. My down fall (always my down fall) was the basket of bread on the table. Once I started I could not stop! I did skip desert. That good right?
Yesterday I was 169.5. I was thrilled with that number.

I'm trying to decide ... maybe I should use my morning scale weights as the official WI? My weights vary so much by the clothes I wear, the time I WI, whether I've already had lunch, etc. (Not to mention water weight.) I really don't want to get back into ... "must wear the lightest clothes I have" every M, W, F.

Kelly! You’re loss this month is fabulous. I want to be just like you! You will be my inspiration to get back on track!

Erin – you sound just like me w/ the WI clothes. I had a favorite outfit (including light weight shoes!!) that I always had good luck in. And I wouldn’t eat as much as I normally do in the mornings before WI. It’s so silly isn’t it? I started weighing in at home in the mornings ‘cuz I just couldn’t get over it.

Congrats to everyone who sucked it up and posted their weights this month, whether good or bad. I know I struggled, but I am still proud that I owned it by putting it on here.
