I like being able to see exactly how long I was out because I always forget to look at my watch. It tells me my pace which is useful when entering it into my food/exercise log. Before I would just guess!
I'm not a runner (yet) I'm training myself to learn how though. I just re-started after hurting my leg. I'm doing intervals (1.5 mins run 3.5 walk) plus walking to and from the gym.
I'm on my second sensor, I didn't use it that much during the winter but I don't know if that caused it. So the first one lasted last than six months. But other than that I love it.
