Honestly, I think I did great the first week. I haven't weighed myself since I've been to the doctor's a little over a week ago. I would've bought a scale over the weekend, but Lord knows it's hard to find an affordable scale that can measure up to 350 pounds. Anyway, the second week turned out to be a bit harder for me because school started again and I haven't had time to eat anything but dinner. Unfortunately, because of that, I've been cheating a bit this week
. Overall, though, I think I'm doing okay. Meh, enough of me rambling.
Anyone else just start Phase 2? How are you holding up?
