Hello Everyone!
I was wondering if anyone has a good suggestion of an exercise video I can buy. I am looking for something cardio that I can do easily on days I can't make it to the gym. I don't have a step and hope to not have to buy one but I do have hand weights. Also, I am not very coordinated so i need a DVD that is not too challenging to start with. Any suggestions?

Our library has exercise videos, maybe you could take out a couple and see what you like before you buy.

I have yoga, booty ballet, it has two workouts on it, one is called light and easy, I like it and it makes me stretch, which I need to do, as well as ab work. Our library has a bunch of those "Firm" videos, it seems like they have a wide variety.

I'm a huge fan of TurboJam. There's an instructional bit at the beginning that teaches you the moves they use, and then there's an introductory workout so you get used to everything before you move on. The intro workout is quite a workout, too!

I love exercise DVD and just bought two new ones... I picked them up at walmart. I'm sure you've seen or heard of "The Biggest Losers!" They have a cardio DVD that has different levels to pick from. I think it a great workout DVD! You can also mix and match to what you want.

I do not feel that I am a coordinated person, either! However, I bought the Dancing With the Stars exercise DVD and have really enjoyed it. Co-workers and I have had a lot of fun getting together to do this after work.
