I have been maintaining my weight...still at 145. I will drink all of my waters. I will be more consistently on plan! BarbaraB 01-28-2008, 11:19 PM This week I will not go crazy, even if it is my company's winter holiday party and my birthday and the superbowl and next week my DD's birthday and she wants to go out to the Melting Pot Restaurant (I'm thinking fondue is not on plan). All I want is to be not POOP. OK I also want to eat some cake for my birthday. I skipped it last year to stay on plan. This year, well I just want a slice of cake and I also want to go to cold stone creamery and have some ice cream. It can be the very smallest thing they make.. I might even need to split that.. since I don't want to pig out on ice cream.. I just want to have some and a single slice of cake... and the company party. I just think I will not drink there this year... just too easy to eat too much when you've had a few drinks and are next to the appetizers.. I think the plan this year is the all appetizers plan again... deadly to the diet. Tuesday Cool 01-28-2008, 11:29 PM This week I will not freak out at work. This is important because when I get PO'ed at my boss I tend to take myself out for a well deserved lunch. And i do not know how to count hot and sour soup, chicken salad and hot tea. I will not eat out this week. I will continue to record what I eat 9from last week) and I will keep moving! Thanks guys for keeping me motivated! I am going to keep last weeks goals going. I will stay POP every day and move my body for 15 minutes per day. As for being wise - just don't ask my kids. I'm afraid they won't agree with that. Although they do think I kind of, sort of know what I'm talking about more now that when they were in their teens!!
