Yay!!! I made it to phase 2! Today is the official start of phase two for me and i'm trying to decide if i want blueberries or a slice of ww toast!! it's also my weigh in day to get the grand total for weight lost during ph 1. I snuck and weighed myself on friday and the dern scale hadn't moved in a week!!! I lost 10 pounds the first week and nothing the second week?!!? Didn't make sense to me. I'm hoping that it was due to my TOM...we'll see today. I"m almost scared to get on the freakin scale again!! i started adding 30 minutes of cardio each day on my new elliptical (which i LOVE) on friday...so hopefully that helped some!

Anyhow....hopefully it'll be a good day!!!

Congrats, mandyleigh! No matter what you decide to add, I guarantee it'll taste soooo good! Don't worry about the scale. 10 lbs. is awesome!

Congratulations, Mandyleigh! That's a pretty impressive weight loss, and soon you'll see the scale making it's downward journey again.
Enjoy your start into Phase 2, and remember to take it slow and easy. :)

Today is my last day of phase 1...I am so excited about starting phase 2...but like you I dread my weigh in tomorrow!!!
ENJOY your yummy additions! what ever you decide they need to be!

So the scale was my friend...it showed a 1.5 pound loss!!!!!! YAY!!!

For my first day of Phase 2 i had a slice of whole wheat bread with all sorts of good sandwich stuff on it....mustard, a smidge of mayo, turkey, swiss, onions, spinach leaves and avacado.....MMMMMMMMMMMM.....such a good treat!!!
